A road of gravel i tread along,
In search of thoughts in wordless song;
The lips do part and tongue will flap,
To find no voice that ear will catch.
|
In wishful thoughts one falls so deep,
To pine away the yearning needs.
For another's feet to so carry,
And shed their shadow not far behind me.
|
A time I've spent the joys so short,
To find that soon the ending court.
For not a soul bare witness to,
My feet shall carry me through and through.
And seems it so that I shall be,
Return it ever to square one see?
Despite the distance my feet carries me.
|
Again i scan he heaven so far,
To send me down a glowing star,
Pointing clear and near afar
That I might find my dream ajar.
